Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability and effectiveness of an investigational medication, dextofisopam, in women with diarrhea predominant or alternating irritable bowel syndrome. Participants must be females aged 18 to 65 and willing to use birth control during the study. Additional criteria apply.
The research site is in Sylvania, Ohio.
High Cholesterol (Hyperlipidemia)
To participate in this research study for high cholesterol, candidates must be at least 19 years old and willing to have blood tests taken.
The research site is in Huntsville, Ala.
This is a research study for people aged 12 and older with allergies. Participants will receive study related medical care at no cost, and compensation for time and travel.
The research site is in Atlanta, Ga.
