You may qualify for this study if you are 40 to 80 years old, and take pain medication daily for chronic pain such as lower back pain, osteoarthritis, or rheumatoid arthritis. Participants will receive study medication, study related exams, lab work, and procedures all at no cost.

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
If you are at least 40 years old and are a current or former smoker, you are invited to participate in this clinical study of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). To qualify, you may not have known allergies or any significant heart condition.
The research site is in Henderson, Nev.
To qualify for this study of painful diabetic neuropathy, you must be at least 18 and frequently take a pain-relieving analgesic.
The research site is in Phoenix, Ariz.
