Prevention

There is no way to prevent pancreatic cancer. In general, you can decrease your risk of cancer by avoiding smoking and eating a healthy diet that includes fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Cut down on red meats, especially those that are processed or high in fat. Also, it is important to maintain a healthy weight and to exercise regularly.
