Restaurants, Too, Are Getting the Trans Fats Out

The campaign to get rid of trans fats is picking up steam. A number of cities and counties have banned their use by restaurants, and the number of restaurants deciding on their own to sub other fats continues to grow. Here's a sampling of where you can dine out without eating any:
