This site by a leading national presence in Parkinson's disease research, patient education, and public advocacy has information on patient care and rehabilitation, including "Ask the Expert" and help in finding treatment or support groups.

National Parkinson Foundation
This foundation supports Parkinson-related research, patient care, education, training, and outreach. The site includes information on clinical trials and research, caregiver resources, finding support groups or physicians, obtaining Parkinson's Medical Alert cards, and a "Discussion Corner" where you can ask questions about Parkinson's disease or connect with patients and caregivers.
