The Wellstead of Rogers was the first dementia and Alzheimer's facility in the State of Minnesota to routinely admit dementia residents with several "behavioral" problems at its original 12-unit "behavioral and special care" household. This "behavioral and special care" household was so successful that the company added four additional 14-unit households in its phase 3-construction expansion project, which opened in 2004.The Wellstead has established a tradition of "excellence" in dementia and Alzheimer's care, and this same philosophy of care has been transformed to the Diamondcrest Assisted Living facility.
