Oak Park Place features efficiencies (studio), one and two bedroom apartments with kitchens and private baths. All utilities, except telephone and cable TV, are included, plus three nutritious meals with table service. Other services include a whirlpool tub, laundry and housekeeping services, on-site wellness clinics and medication management, social and leisure activities, an elevator for easy accessibility to each floor, and 24-hour staff.

For residents with memory loss or dementia, Oak Park offers Autumn Lane, a secure 16-unit wing separate from the independent apartments to minimize confusion and maintain a familiar, safe environment without compromising independence.

Other home-like features include a fireplace in the first floor lobby area and second floor common area, a private dining room for family meals/special occasions, spacious public sun/sitting rooms on each floor, state-of-the-art kitchen and a big screen television in the main dining room. A beauty/barber shop is also available.
