Yeast Infection Prevention and Relief
Yeast infections are unpleasant, but not uncommon. Most women will experience one at some point. Over-the-counter products may help relieve symptoms—from itching and pain to abnormal discharge. Wearing breathable, cotton underwear, keeping genitals clean and dry, and avoiding douches, sprays, and powders may help to prevent yeast infections. Also see vaginal antifungals.
