Menstrual Pain Relief
To relieve menstrual pain or cramps, try applying a heating pad to your lower belly or back, or give yourself a light, circular massage in that same area. Eating small but frequent meals of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables may also help. You may want to consider an over-the-counter painkiller for temporary relief as well.
