Late-night pizza joints, dining halls with make-your-own waffle bars, and no parental control. College can be a minefield of dietary obstacles. But there's no reason students can't graduate from college and still fit into their high school letterman jackets. The secret: regular exercise and a healthful diet. Because Mom's meals (probably) won't be mailed to campus, experts weighed in on how students can eat healthfully on their own.
