Even diet-conscious students may break down and order a glazed-donut cheeseburger (aka the Luther Burger) at 2 a.m. if under the influence. Alcohol lowers inhibitions, is a source of non-nutritious calories, and is, not to mention, illegal for the under-21 set. Students who choose to imbibe should do so in moderation—and keep healthier snacks within reach.
