Monster, 5-Hour Energy, Rockstar, and other energy drinks felt the heat this year when the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced that they were linked to hundreds of hospitalizations, including some that led to death. If you’re dragging, opt for a non-caffeinated energy boost. Snack on high-protein foods like almonds, take a B vitamin, or grab a cold shower.
