I agree. When I'm active and can keep moving doing low impact type yard work or farm work my feet don't hurt as much but its the fatigue that catches up with me or the heat and I get so tired I have to lay down then my feet and sometimes one wrist just scream at me.

Neurontin works for me and reduces the constant nerve pain I've experienced. I would like to get a treadmill so that I can incorporate that into my dailey activities since I'm not consistent with what I can do outside and don't have the resources to go to the gym.
