'Nordic Walking' a Winner for Heart Failure Patients, Study Says

This activity is compelling for way more than heart failure patients, people, anyone wanting to improve any aspect of health. But, specifically, Nordic walking improves back strength and health, allows easy weight loss because like cross country skiing, all the muscles are involved, instead of just the low body. We say, and believe with all that we know, once you Nordic walk, you will NEVER want to fitness walk the old fashioned way again.
