What if the bacterium somehow mutates and starts to fight off the antibiotics by becoming immune to them, and the bacteria makes its way to the brain and further mutates itself into becoming a part of the brain in some way.?

what happens when this becomes a Virus that can be spread just as easily as AIDS or even the common Cold.?

what happens if or when millions of people and animals contract this virus.?

What happens then?
