ARGH!

80% of shod runners get injured every year. Many of them get stress fractures.

Where's the article about how you shouldn't run in shoes?

Oh, right, it was 40 years ago when running shoes were first marketed!

I've spent 3 years and thousands of miles either barefoot or in sandals from www.invisibleshoe.com ... No injuries at all (my old ones went away) and I'm running better than ever. But there's no article about that either.
