I have a variety of problems but just started taking Topiramate for Essential Tremors . I have already tried and discatded 4 other drugs the last being Sinemet (sp??)
My side-effects might be contradict some of those listed in the accompanying paperwork. I have been taking 1 25mg in am & 1 25 pm since 5/1/12. I have lost 3 pounds. I double my dosage this. coming Wed. I can only hope the weight loss continues. This come after 4 year period that included stage 3!breast cancer, colon surgery, back surgery, ya da, ya da. And my family has noticed a slight improvement in my tremors. A two-fer!!! How exciting. And I'm sleeping LESS.
