That would be great, wouldn't it, if everyone who was sexually active before they were 30 just stopped having sex? Talk about a perfect world.

In fact, let's just not have sex, period. That would solve like all our problems as a human race.

Excuse me, but that has got to be the least effective and most idiotic way I have ever heard of lowering the teen pregnancy rate. I think we owe this decline chiefly to better education on the correct uses for contraceptives and birth control methods, not counseling teens out of having sex after the fact.
