so true i do believe i was tasered several times at the age of fifteen because i was resisting arrest and after which i was tasered i've been discovering problems such as my heart skipping a beat

This shouldn't be surprising considering that defibrillators are designed to shock the heart to stop it, so that it can be restarted.
I would hope in the futire that if a law enforcement officer notifies a supervisor that they have to9 use a taser, that an ambulance is dispatched to avoid unnecessary deaths.
