Before a child is allowed to play football, both parents should be required to sign in front of a notary giving permission.

YOU ALL WILL WANT TO SEE THIS! Last Season this was one of the biggest helmet to helmet hits we had seen in years. The Officials are right there and just walk away... no flag while the other kid celebrates.
