The calories from the good fat's i getting is about 100 calories (30 gram) and the amount of of flavonoids for 30 gram has a minimum of >2400 so we deliver more then printed at our wrappers.

i found that study's on the human body they have good results with 750 mg FC a day so you only need 10 gram of the chocolate i'm eating also 1/3 of the price and only 33 calories a day .

Reduced with 1 a day a man with diabetes his insuline intake from 56 units a day to 28 units a day in about 10 months so he also had lower costs with this higer flavonoid chocolate that's USDA CCOF organic and fairtrade certified.

Not all Chocolate is created equal.

The better the quality of the chocolate the higher the Flavonoïd content.

I eat chocolate that has more than >800 mg flavonoïd content at 10 gram square.

Commercial processing destroys most of the fragile flavonids. I have found a dark chocolate that uses cold-press technology. As a result, you can get 1,740 flavonoids for as little as 100 calories, It also is diabetic friendly and vegan and has no caffeine, waxes, preservatives nor fillers. And it tastes so good you think you are doing something wrong. There is a great article on the difference between "good" chocolate and "bad" chocolate at cocoa101.com.
