there is no way our constitution and with the peoples bill of rights any government official or the hundreds of Obama unelected bureaucrats and the151 new gov agency's can force any person into a private business contract. health ins is a private business and you must sign a year long contract each year. these idiots cant even make medicare or medicaid balance and pay for that, this just opens up more waste, fraud and abuse.
