As White Rice Intake Rises, So May Your Risk for Diabetes

This study did not examine the extent of obesity, amount of physical exercise done and intake of other sugary drinks and foods, which are the most important factors in the potential incidence of type 2 diabetes.

The Rice Diet, initiated by Dr Walter Kempner in 1939, treated diabetes and its complications, restoring failing vision and renal dysfunction with a diet of rice, fruit, vegetables and protein sources such as fish, chicken, eggs and occasional meat. This has provided exceedingly successful results over the past 72 years.

Currently at the Rice Diet of Central Florida, we routinely reverse type 2 diabetes with a diet that begins with rice (white, brown, basmati, wild grain, black, red, etc.) and fruits, with progressive addition of the other food groups. We see a rapid improvement of blood sugars and hemoglobin A1C levels, and a rapid drop in insulin usage as well as oral hypoglycemic. This works in the obese type 2 diabetic and also in the type 1 diabetic. Rice is part of the cure, and not the much maligned object of recent medical reports. The more important factors to avoid diabetes are to avoid obesity, maintain dietary portion control, exercise, and eat a primarily natural, healthy diet.

Fancy terms such as glycemic index are misleading, experimentally contrived and unfortunately inaccurate for many reasons…but that is a topic for another time. For now, remember that rice, even white rice in moderation, will not cause diabetes or be injurious to the diabetic.

I am afraid that I will have this disease, because the white rice has been the major food in my diet for more than 20 years. I wonder that how exercise will eliminate the possibility, so I can make a special exercise plan to help me avoid the risk for diabetes.

I was amazed to find such a result of intake of rice which is leading to Diabetes.

However, I am a regular intake of white rice for more 60 years while my brother-in-Law, who is now 63 years old, is eating more meat/vegetable and reluctant to take white rice, now suffering from acute diabetes.

Analyst reveal that athough you are a regular intake of rice but with constant exercise, you will stay healthier and having stronger body.

Observation: A family of 7 persons who regularly and with constant intake of rice stay longer life.
