Losing Hour Over Weekend May Put Heart at Risk Monday

Why don't we just abolish Day Light Savings Time? Very few people these days are farmers and we ALL have electric light.

Kids are hurt by this also. Studies have shown that if schools would just start 1 hour later--giving kids an extra hour of vital sleep--learning goes up exponentially. For kids, not only should we not have Day Light Savings Time, we should start school an extra hour or two later. I remember growing up in Harlem, lots of Black kids showed up to school late or grumpy in the morning -- setting a bad beginning for the whole day.

Help heart disease, help kids, allow people more sleep (so day would be brighter)... what's wrong with getting rid of Daylight Savings Time?
