This study was very interesting. It seems that I have something to look forward to when I get older. Besides healthy sleep habits (avoiding eating and exercise 2-4 hours before bedtime, keeping the room dark, etc), melatonin has good scientific evidence for promoting sleep in children and adults. Of course, it's always important to talk to your doctor before starting any new herbs and supplements that may potentially interfere with your current medications or medical conditions.
