I am a 28 year old woman, I've recently have started taking my vitamins, bc, I thought they would help and prevent certain on- sets of any outcomes in my future. I am wondering if, maybe I should stop the vitamin patrol and just start eating better and continue with my walks and running after my two year old. I started taking Vitamin E, Super Complex B, Omega 3, Calcium, D, and Beta C. Mostly due to the onset of acne, caused by my pregnancy, which left scars and bones that were broken during delivery. Am I doing the wrong thing by taking my vitamins, since the onset of childhood, I have been told to take my vitamins, which to the fact I used to eat right, but no so much now and days. Is there any answers I can find to heal my skin quicker and help my bones out with out taking my vitamins. It be really nice to read an article about how to clear my once flawless skin with out indulging in info commercials and vitamins and skin treatments that promise the best results. Hope to maybe read an educational story to my benefit!!

Despite the fact, that dietary supplements aren't useful in all situations, they can be beneficial when taken regardless. Most products won't claim to be a cure to cancer or heart failure, but rather as a way to improve daily life.

The FDA is unnecessarily attacking dietary supplements. Check out this article from CEI, The FDA Has It Dead Wrong: http://bit.ly/xVBZ4v
