This is the wisdom of the free market speaking to us. So what if there is no profit margin for these drugs? The money saved by the pharmaceut­ical companies in pursuit of high-margi­n drug sales will ultimately result in their ability to be nimble and produce new and exciting lifesaving drugs. We simply let the market adjust for a few years and everything will be just fine. Some must die so that others may live.

Again, tell me why socialized medicine is bad for us, and how well the market takes care of us. People, it is high time to break the tyranny of greed and put an end to manipulati­on of people's very lives to make a buck. This is a failure not only of the market, but of our collective humanity.
