Obesity Linked to Worse Fibromyalgia Symptoms

This is so upsetting! As a Fibromyalgia sufferer, I have gained a ton of weight due to medications and simply not being as active as I used to be. I am now involved with a product that has worked wonders for my weight and has provided enzymes that I need for my health which is ultimately reducing my need for medications relating to high cholesterol, diabetes, acid reflux.

I currently manage a Fibromyalgia Weight Loss Group.

I would agree with the fact that larger individuals would feel greater pain as more stressed is placed on the body as a whole. There have been substantial scientific studies posted at http://www.weight-management-control.com that show multiple studies suggesting that obesity in America could be coming to a halt soon.

Increased weight, even obesity, may be the effect of a sedentary lifestyle due to Fibromyalgia - and other long-term illnesses, such as M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) - rather than its cause, or a predisposition towards becoming ill.

Since many gain weight after diagnosis, the cause is more likely to be an as yet unknown physical one.
