Scientists May Be Closer to Developing 'Red Wine' Drug

So...are they saying that health food suppliments that claim to have resveratrol in large dosages are dangerous? Or are they saying it needs to be mixed with other drugs in order to be possibly effective. The OTC version is not that expensive and it makes me wonder why a prescription drug company would want to invest the research dollars.
