Lack of Sunlight May Raise Stroke Risk

I may have an answer to how the sun protects us from stroke, at least I am sure of what it does in my case. It dissolves the fibrin mesh in my blood stream and the fibrin strands in my capillaries. I had to almost die of anemia to get to this answer. Taking D3 is supposed to protect us from overgrowth of fibrin. In my family, it does not. Sunlight is the only thing that does a sufficient job. Both of my parents had cancer, but they both died of anemia. My mom also had Rickets as a child. I have suffered for 32 years with an affliction no one would believe. I have been anemic all of my adult life. I tried for many years to get doctors to take my blood after stress to see what was happening to it . None would. I go to health fairs and the last couple of years my racing heart became an acute problem. Especially last winter. When I went to the health fair at the end of March, I became over- heated while standing in line to get my blood drawn. I started sweating, my heart started racing, instant fatigue, and that was when they took my blood. A few days later after a frantic call from the lab tech doing my blood, I finally found out what was happening. Severe anemia, platelets high, wbc up, but still in spec. hgb 5.8, After a few minutes of rest, spleen released oxygenated blood and back to just being tired. I figured that out while researching what was causing my extreme anemia. I believe it to be fibrin strands in my capillaries. I had already accidentally figured out how to get fibrin mesh out of my blood by taking EPO and B complex. Although I didn't know what the substance was. It took 2 1/2 years to find out it is called fibrin mesh. The stuff that causes strokes. My grandmother died of stroke, the other one, hardening of the arteries. I have been trying for years to get someone to help me and my family. This is genetic. Is there anyone who cares about this subject and someone like me who would be so easy to test?

Sunshine is an important ingredient for a healthy life. The whole scare came with cases over exposure; moderate sensible exposure is necessary. The media scare people and then the AMA over reacts with over protection. We need to use our common sense. Wear protection if you plan to be out many hours, but normal exposure is healthy and so necessary. When all this gets sorted out this is what will be a final conclusion. if you have dark skin you can have more sun exposure and if you have light skin you should have less. Common sense in my book. Let's go back to practical behaviors when it comes to taking care of the body. In naturopathic medicine the natural remedies can be the best: Air, water, sunshine, rest & sleep, exercise and stress reduction. Trust yourself more and question the science!
