Why can't the pharma companies be sued under consumer protection laws, which are designed to prevent businesses that engage in fraud or specified unfair practices from gaining an advantage over competitors and provide additional protection for the weak and those unable to take care of themselves.

I would take the name brand over generic. I always have side effects on generic from high fevers to viruses to flu. Get the junk off the market. Generics are nothing but junk. Get up and rise up against this stupidness. Generics are no good. None of them are good.

Get rid of the junk. Unless you want to kill us all.

Sincerely

Nancy Van Wagner

Please excuse my run-on, below, which should instead end:

the Supreme Court, and therefore the entire juidciary that must follow Supreme Court diktat, must lose all authority in the United States, and the people betrayed by it either insist on impeaching those traitors to the Constitution, "traitors" under any number of constitutional clauses that mandate the role of the judiciary in protecting Americans' priceless lives over anything as mundane as profits for conscious murder, or watch all Americans ignore their lost authority and behave as tho they do not rule. We have reached the point at which comes to mind Jefferson's rule warning tyrants that their blood, worthless relative to the numbers they allow to die under this ruling, must periodically be shed.

Inasmuch as many of the manufacturers of the generics are foreign-owned and made, imports, damaging Americans who use them, protected by this Supreme Court to protect them and not us, if this doesn't make the Supreme Court the equivalent of a foreign invader usurping Americans' basic right to know whether they're taking snake oil that could kill them or not, taking us backward into the wee small hours of the 19th century before such poisening was made illegal, the Supreme Court, and therefore the entire juidciary that must follow Supreme Court diktat, must lose all authority in the United States, and the people betrayed by it either insist on impeaching those traitors to the Constitution, "traitors" under any number of constitutional clauses that mandate the role of the judiciary in protecting Americans' priceless lives over anything as mundane as profits for conscious murder, we have reached the point at which comes to mind Jefferson's rule warning tyrants that their blood, worthless relative to the numbers they allow to die under this ruling, must periodically be shed.

The current Supreme Court has issued some truly ignorant rulings in the past year or so. Is every one of our nation's top authorities derelict? The patent office has ceased to use any judgment. The FDA has long been questionable.

Oh, and the term is NAME BRAND, not "brand name." For example:

"The name brand was more effective than the no-name brand."
