Many False-Positive HIV Test Results for Those in AIDS Vaccine Trials

I’ve been curious after spending long visits in Uganda over the last 6 years why "AIDS" discriminates so overwhelmingly between the races? Is it "HIV" or the “HIV +” diagnoses and/or malnutrition and/or ARVs that cause immune deficiencies relabeled “AIDS”? There are no inhibitions or limits as to what goes on in the touristy Kabalagala and city clubs and yet young people there seem to be quite healthy, apart from a small incidence of alcoholism (but no "AIDS"). Even in UK we continue to be burdened by unwanted pregnancies and STDs, and the influence of the pornography, prostitution, sex tourism, pedophilia and swingers clubbing industries. And there is still no "AIDS" scourge, after 27 years.
Also how is it possible to differentiate between intrauterine malnutrition and perinatal "AIDS" (MTCT) if all the lab tests are non-specific and fraught with problems of cross reactions with antibodies from TB, malaria and poverty in general? Someone at the MOH told me in 2005 that there were over 6000 AIDS NGOs operating in Uganda? How come? Has it become a kind of a religion down there?

This startling fact was revealed in a recent study that's being published in the July 21 issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association. It shows that patients who are recruited for HIV vaccine trials often end up testing positive for HIV even though they were only exposed to the vaccine, not the virus.

AIDS stands for acquired immune deficiency syndrome. Which means that a person who has AIDS has a damaged and very weak immune system and so is unable to fight off infections, any infections, this includes viruses, fungi and bacteria.
If HIV was the cause of AIDS then all AIDS patients would test positive for HIV. Thirty percent of AIDS patients test HIV negative.
In 1984, Robert Gallo published four articles in Science Journal, claiming that he had isolated the HIV virus and concluding that it was the "probable cause of AIDS". (note the word “probable”) In 1990 U.S. government investigations concluded that these articles were "fraught with false and erroneous statements". In other words HIV is not the probable cause of AIDS.

Same hogwash done in ref. to the Lyme vaccine..People were getting lyme from it plus if one had a dl-4 gene & got vaccine they devlop an irretractable arthritis from it.The makers knew that & thats all they could have done was do a simple blood test before got vaccine.
The used 2 specific antigens for the vaccine and while vaccine was on mkt those antigens were removed. If in doubt that is all they could have done was ask were you vaccinated. The vaccine is off the mkt now not because poor sales as said.There was a class action lawsuit against it-the victims got nothing. Guess what those 2 antigens were never put back into the TWO-TIERED lyme test--- criminal I'd say. Less people diagnosed less the ins. cos. have to pay...Criminal

Kaiser Permanente does nothing but set up obstacles so people can not get the care they need.
Kaiser Permanente illegally rescinds coverage. Kaiser Permanente illegally terminates covearge.
Kaiser Permanente has been caught repeatedly violating the law. Why are they still allowed to operated as a not-for-profit?
