This is a study for people aged 50 to 88 who have probable Alzheimer's disease. Throughout the 83-week study, participants may receive the investigational drug, study-related physical exams and laboratory services at no cost.

Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS)
This study will evaluate an investigational medication for restless legs syndrome. Participants will receive study-related exams and medication at no cost.
The research site is in Middleburg Heights, Ohio.
GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease)
This study is looking for adults who take a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) drug for GERD, but are still having symptoms such as frequent heartburn.
The research site is in Lake Success, N.Y.
