Constipation

This is a 56-day study with a two-week follow-up for people with chronic constipation. To qualify, you must be aged 20 to 80 and have fewer than three bowel movements per week.

Healthy Volunteers (Ages 18-65)

This study will evaluate an investigational imaging agent. Participation involves one screening visit, and one in-house stay of two nights.

Type 2 Diabetes

This study will evaluate combinations of the study medication and metformin in people with type 2 diabetes. Participation involves approximately eight visits over a three-month period.
