More vaccine for illegal immigrants who are smarter than this lady. I staffed a flu clinic today, and whoa, non-citizens were the majority of the patients we saw. Smart enough to get the vaccine. Of course it wont protect your kids from every flu strain, but it may just protect them from the one they get exposed to. Its incredible how many "Americans" are forgoing this immunization, but illegal immigrants are lining up eagerly for it. Good for them. Your kid may get sick, but the kids who got it today are grateful for you being a tax paying citizen so *they* could get it. It's truly beyond me why Americans aren't getting immunized. Usually they want to push to the front of the line when it comes to everything. They have an entitlement syndrome when it comes to community health care. My kid will graciously help yours when they miss a week of school because they caught the flu, because mine more than likely won't catch the flu, since I immunize her every year, and this year for two strains. It drives me nuts when moms protect their kids from the wrong things. But hey, more vaccine for me.

For me, the question of whether the vaccine is a good idea is most importantly about safety. The swine flu vaccines contain a number of highly questionable ingredients that have toxicity that is well known. Rats given these ingredients have been shown in studies to suffer increased mortality. These ingredients include squalene and mercury, as well vaccines often have formaldahyde. Squalene triggers a reaction of the body to the injection of the squalene. However, most of the bodies own tissues also contain squalene. The body cannot tell the difference between injected squalene and its own squalene, so begins to attack itself. This cuases various autoimmune diseases. Rats given squalene are shown to develop arthritis and other deabilitating autoimmune diseases. Do you want your children to develop autoimmune diseases? Gulf War Syndrome is believed to have been partially triggered by the use of squalene in vaccine given to soldiers who then suffered an area of devastating autoimmune diseases that ruined their health. Mercury has been linked to autism. There is evidence that is linking mercury in vaccines to increases in autism and harm to children.
The mass media is completely ignoring the numerous studies which document harmful effects of squalene in the swine flu vaccine.
The medical companies wonder why so many people do not want their vaccines. Could it be, just maybe, that they are full of poisons?
How can anyone trust the pharmacuetical companies when they knowingly expose people to these dangerous substances which are known to cause harm, and have such an arrogant attitude about it, and repeatedly lie about the vaccines safety when there is plenty of evidence that the chemicals in the vaccine are extremely dangerous and harmful?

Kirk Patrick of MA took my post, sliced phrases out of it out of context, and gave me a name: "eugenicist."
Trying to reason with such a person is like trying to nail jello to a tree. You can't win.
I did have one poorly written passage that could be interpreted to mean that I want an epidemic to kill all those who have not been vaccinated. What I meant was that a good strong epidemic making many of the non-vaccinated sick (while the vaccinated by and large escape the epidemic), would be one of the most persuasive arguments for vaccines there could be.
Kirk Patrick of MA could have easily seen this, and taken pause, but he is either too lazy or too delusional to do that.
From my work in mental hospitals, I know that someone like the person who twisted the meaning of my post and gave me a new name will very likely never change his/her views because they may very well represent a deep set delusion beyond anyone's reach. They have some sort of profound need to twist reality to suit their emotional illness.
Best advice to that poster: If the doc has prescribed you psychiatric meds, TAKE THEM. Also, take off the foil hat. It does nothing for you.

Many people share this believe that only "experts" should have any say, and that people should not only be censored, but subjected to whatever "treatment" the "experts" recommend. Conflicts of interest are never a factor in the shallow minds of these communists.

This is PATENTLY FALSE - here is proof - just look at the history of the past 200 years of disease to see that NO vaccine EVER increased our survival rate. Instead, better water sanitation saw that the incidences of disease plummoted by the time vaccines were even introduced.

Flu shots are barbaric Because the health industry(not Care) is barbaric. At one time maybe A hundred years ago or so Doctors were honorable but now they cheat there way through med school and pay there way through and spend the time they do not study drinking and playing golf. There is nobody more dishonorable than a modern day health professional. Just try and get sick and see what happens, They will talk then give you pills just like a drug pusher as long as you have the funds. They play at giving a physical once in awhile but When I was A child I had physicals that would put a modern day physical to shame because there hospital or insurance company did not limit the doctors time. Nowadays the doctors do not have to study because they cannot practice medicine anyway they have to do what there hospital, insurance company or lawyer says and give medicines the pharmaceutical and insurance companies agree on. I have had no shots for thirty years and had very limited visits to doctors even though I have been diagnosed with epilepsy. However the only time I have problems with it is when I am under a doctors care. Doctors are no better than drug pushers and should all be put in prison where they can do no more harm and be made to take there own snake oil remedies.

I'm a nurse. i've seen many times on my 52 years on the planet disciples of alternative medicine really, truly getting badly sick or injured, and where do they run to?...the ER. that's because alternative medicine is almost always only good for fantasizing, not for curing. When something
REALLY happens, the sticks-and-berries gang will go straight for the actual western medicine because alternative medicine simply doesn't work, for all intents and purposes, except for the placebo effect or because of secondary variables.
often people stick to alternative medicine even when deep down they know better because they have too much invested socially professionally or financially in it to change. they are too lazy and comfy-cozy to do the heavy-lifting of being honest with themselves and their associates. Or, they have not gotten REALLY sick, which is a splendid way to straighten out thinking in hurry.

My family and I will not get the swine flu shot. We are already taking Dr. Wongs Herbal Flu Formula. The testimonies are very encouraging:

One wonders if the ignorant, yet oh-so-arrogant and self-assured, parents commenting here would have had the same resistance to vaccines for polio in the 50s. I'm so glad the parents from the "Greatest Generation" were making decisions in those days, rather than these deluded Americans. How did we get so stupid in such a short amount of time? I have a friend (in her early 40s) who has been through the swine flu already and, for her, it was the worst illness she's ever experienced. Approximately half of the patients ending up in an ICU with this flu strain are children. In Dallas, a perfectly healthy middle-schooler has died from it. I bet her parents wish that a vaccine had been available sooner. There is an upside, though. In my state, there's a shortage of the vaccine. The more cave-dwellers who decline the vaccine, the more there will be for the rest of us.
