This study seeks people who have high cholesterol. Participants will receive all study related care and investigational medication at no cost, and may qualify for time and travel compensation.

Renal Impairment

This study will compare healthy people with those who have mild, moderate and severe renal impairment.

Insomnia

This study is evaluating the safety and efficacy of an investigational medication for sleep-maintenance insomnia.

Diabetes Mellitus, Type 2

If you are diabetic, have been treated with pioglitazone (Actos) at a dose of 30 mg. or 45 mg. per day for at least three months, and have a HgbA1c between 7.0 percent and 10.5 percent, you may qualify for this study.

Osteoarthritis

If you have painful osteoarthritis of the hip or knee and are taking naproxen or celecoxib, you may qualify for this study.

Alzheimer's Disease

If you or a loved one are aged 50 to 90, have mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's disease, and are being treated with Donepezil, you or the loved one may qualify for this study.
