Exciting study.

Of course there's going to be a larger percentage of hospital visits/prescription drug use among medicaid patients when compared to the uninsured. Medicaid patients pay nothing. The uninsured could easily be stuck with thousands of dollars in hospital bills and medication co-pays. Higher cost = less use. Any sensible person could have told you the results of this study before it even happened.

"those with Medicaid coverage were 40 percent less likely to have to borrow money or skip paying other bills to pay for health care, and 25 percent less likely to have an unpaid medical bill sent to a collection agency." - Gee wiz, imagine how much easier it is for you when some taxpayer gets stuck paying your medical bills.
