This article is interesting. The study brings out helpful insight to Doctor's on giving advice to loved ones of the dying patient.

There is a book that deals with end of life choices "Before (I Die), During (The Process) and After (You're Gone). It's a helpful guidebook for family, elderly, terminally ill, care takers and loved ones to help make those end of life choices easier and more clear.
