Given the complexity of judging hospitals and health care, the only thing these surverys really become are advertising tools for competing hospitals. If you want to find out where to go or who to see, ask a doctor who is in private practice and owes no particular loyalty to any hospital where she/he would send her/his spouse or child should they need hospitalization. Physicians know who amongst their colleagues they trust and who they don't.
