Its because you can buy 30 tablets of Viagra from a US company for about $800+, or, you can buy 60 tablets from India - both US and India @ 100mg per tablet, and it will only cost you about $100 from India. THAT'S WHY PEOPLE DO IT. Twice as much drug for 1/8th the cost. It isn't rocket science.
