I purchased a Stork Craft Rochester Stages 3-in-1 crib for my daughter who is having her first child in December. I have been attempting to call the number (877-274-0277) and it is constantly busy. I then attempted to log on to the website, www.storkcraft.com, and have been unable to get connected. What can I do at this point? Do you have any suggestions?

this is rediculous i have been trying to call the toll free number and all i keep getting is a busy signal, i can't even get on the web site, honestly things need to be done about this
