Sounds like further motivation to start teaching monogamy. But since that wouldn't be conducive to promoting the promiscuous lifestyle many of these men are used to I'm sure that won't happen.

If you're too stupid or lazy to take the ultra-basic precaution of using a fifty cent piece or rubber, called a condom, to protect yourself from becoming infected by a fatal virus then you deserve what you get.

Change your lifestyle before you lose your life.
