You failed to mention what kind of chocolate was eaten in the heart study. Most consumers in this country eat milk chocolate which is loaded with fat and sugar and is hardly a heart-healthy food. The "dark chocolate" products containing up to 70% chocolate, slightly bitter to the taste, give the real benefits and are not very popular with consumers.
