Drug Abuse in America will not be addressed until effective programs are implemented that provide deterrence, detection, and support.

The following are requirements, not just for "illicit" drugs (heroin, meth, ecstasy, cocaine, etc.), but for prescription drug misuse as well:

1. Education

2. Random drug testing via oral fluid

3. Assistance and Support Programs
