These 13 paragraphs have been very enlightening. Many times we actually know these things but tend to forget. More often I try to do these things but let it all fall to the way side as I mentally get side tracked. Reading such phrases as these reminds me again what to do to feel better in life and joy with in myself. Thank you for the up lift. Enjoying the peace and quiet looking out the window at the trees budding for spring....I have done every one of the things to speak of and they do work. Remembering what works and continuing to do them is the issue. Life can get in the way and often does...It would be a wonderful world if we could just live daily this way and never worry about anything....Looking at life itself is in itself a wondrous and joyous thing. They're are no words only feelings and just going with it.

I loved all of the points mentioned on how to find happiness.

I am a woman 59 years of age. From being a highly successful sales personnel with a well-known company in the US, I went down to almost bankruptcy, also near foreclosure of my beautiful house and tremendous credit card borrowings caused by a family memeber!!!

What I did not give up in all of these trying times was my continued FAITH in God and an attitude that I can be debt-free and successful again.

Yes, it works because I remained happy, and fought hard to revive my life and I am back to being where I was, not totally, but slowly and surely, oneday.

The one thing I found out during my tough times, though was Who are my TRUE friends. I remained a faithful friend to such people and move on happily!!!

Your attitude matters--- Keep it positive!!!
