You’ve seen ice cream sold from trucks, but what about a motorcycle? Patrick Griffith and Ed Cornell are joining the D.C. food truck circuit (sans a truck) and selling ice cream sandwiches from a cart attached to their souped-up ride. Their signature flavors include buttermilk lemon zest and milk and honey, served between cornflake cookies. Griffith says they don’t use any eggs in order to elevate the milk flavors. “You wouldn’t get this at a gelato stand,” he adds.
