Whose Ice Cream Is Better? Chefs Compete on National Ice Cream Day
You’ve seen ice cream sold from trucks, but what about a motorcycle? Their signature flavors include buttermilk lemon zest and milk and honey, served between cornflake cookies. Griffith says they don’t use any eggs in order to elevate the milk flavors. “You wouldn’t get this at a gelato stand,” he adds.
