This appropriately named diet, developed by the Florida-based physician Sanford Siegal, gives you the choice of two options. On the 10X plan, you’ll eat one homemade, low-calorie meal per day, along with one or two cookies every two hours – adding up to about nine cookies a day. On the classic plan, you’ll eat six higher-calorie cookies when you feel hungry throughout the day, along with a low-calorie homemade meal.
