I don't know about acupuncture. Seems like a lot to go through and a heavy time commitment. Anything is worth a shot though.

My sister and I have been trying Restore hot flash spray lately. It's a good solution for quick (and cheap) hot flash relief. I found it at www.restoreaid.com
