1 in 12 is almost a useless statistic if masturbation is included. everyone has sex dreams and sometimes that may include self touch.

A self-engaged sleeping person is not a threat to anyone.

Actually interacting with a partner is the much odder behavior; the potentially worrisome one. Is mixing these two behaviors an attempt to make the activity appear more common than it really is?

it looks like a fib, unbelievable but when doctors say, we might as well trust. Sexsomnia- Hope this does not become a boon for a rapist in connivance with the doc.
