A doctor told me 30 years ago that tylenol will wreck your liver before aspirin will wreck your stomach, so I never took tylenol, per se. But I took plenty of Excedrin, which has smaller dose of acetaminophen plus aspirin and caffeine. So, it strikes me that it's even more important for people to read the Excedrin label, which is not even mentioned in this article.
